When we work with our suppliers and use third-party services, we make sure that they are contractually obliged to apply the same privacy/safety standards that we apply, and that such standards are also followed. Such third parties, who act as owners of the treatment of the personal data, guarantee that the data received are not stored and used for purposes other than the contractually agreed. Online check-in
If you decide to use the online check-in option on our website, we process the following personal data: First name, surname, address, gender, title, date of birth, nationality, memberships, preferences, communication data (telephone, e-mail), reservation data.
The purpose of processing personal data during online check-in is to speed up the obligatory registration.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) GDPR and Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest in data processing arises from our desire to speed up the check-in process and make it easier for our guests.
The data collected during online check-in is accessible to us, the legal authorities and our service provider for the processing of online check-in SiMedia GmbH.
Using the online check-in service is voluntary. Of course, all our guests can provide the information required for registration directly at the hotel.
Minors are not allowed to submit any personal data to us without the consent of a parent or guardian and are not entitled to use the online check-in service.
