- Your four-legged friends are warmly welcome at Neuhaus – Apartments & Historic Chalet. We charge € 10.00 per dog per night (excluding food).
- Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.
- As a year-round operation, we are here for you in every season.
- Depending on the season, the minimum stay in our apartments and chalets is 2 to 3 nights.
- What’s for breakfast? There is a nice café with a well-stocked grocery store just a short walk from us. There, you can get bread, milk, and eggs, enjoy a delicious breakfast, or stock up for the day.
- The price does not include the local tax of € 1.50, which is charged per day and person (from 14 years of age) and must be paid on site.
- The prices we provide upon request are per apartment per night. Occupancy does not matter.
- The booking becomes binding upon payment (by bank transfer or credit card) of a deposit for confirmation (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation from us. The deposit is 30% of the due price.
- It is best to pay the full price when booking directly.By doing so, you save any inconvenience during your stay.
Cancellation conditions for worry-free holiday planning
- You can cancel free of charge up to 40 days before your arrival.
- For cancellations between 40 and 21 days before your arrival, we retain the deposit.
- If you cancel less than three weeks before the planned arrival date, postpone arrival, leave earlier, or do not show up, we must invoice the full booking price.
- To protect yourself from unforeseen events, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
The remaining payment of the rental price is made in cash, by debit card (ATM), or credit card.
